Terms of Service & Authorized Scope Agreement

1. Agreement

By submitting an order you enter a contract with ETHAR LABS UK LTD for modular defensive security engineering services. These Terms govern all engagements unless superseded by a signed enterprise agreement.

2. Authorized Scope Only

You warrant that you are the owner or authorised administrator of all assets submitted. All activities are passive, defensive, and non-intrusive. Prohibited uses include scanning third-party assets without consent, exploitation, denial-of-service, or circumvention of access controls.

3. Modular Services

Services are delivered as selectable engineering parts executed through our four-desk operational model. Deliverables include configuration recommendations, remediation scripts, and executive PDF certification.

4. Payment Plans

Full upfront payment qualifies for priority 24-hour SLA where stated. Milestone plans divide fees into three tranches (40% / 40% / 20%) for orders above the published threshold; work may pause until milestone settlement.

5. Confidentiality

Both parties shall protect confidential information. ETHAR LABS UK LTD will not publish client identities or findings without written consent.

6. Limitation of Liability

Services are advisory and configuration-focused. To the fullest extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability is limited to fees paid for the relevant order. We exclude indirect or consequential loss.

7. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Courts of England and Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to mandatory consumer protections where applicable.
